... I just got home like 35 minutes ago. This assistant director work sure is keeping me at the office! I got two more projects to work with, great projects by the way, and deadlines are August 1st for one and August 11 for the other. They are art and education related and I need to come up with budgets and curriculums. One is a grant another is an in-office project. These should be fun and I already have a very good idea of how they should work out. These two are in addition to the other things that I already must do, one which is an online database of all our current permanent collection art works which will also be used to create a printed catalog. My deadline for that is sometime September, so if I have it by the end of August it will be great and will take some pressure off me. Meanwhile I’m running on cokes and powerbars. O_o
On another note, I bought the Sims Complete Collection about 2 weeks ago. I played it the fist weekend and then like twice last week. It’s pretty addictive so I have to be careful! I played it full screen the first week and since that covers up the system clock I never noticed that I didn’t go to bed at all on Saturday until I saw the sun starting to come out! Hehehe.
Hmmmmm.... I’ve been slacking off seriously on my groups. I just... can’t seem to come up with any good writing, or at last a few lines, period! I get home and for the most part I just want to play with my beads or watch TV with my husband and take naps. I dunno how to spark my interest. I am reading the RP stories but I don’t get the spark to just write back. I have to solve that somehow.
Anyway... I must nap now.

I loved playing some of the sim things. My fave was some of the magic items.
I feel your pain on the writing part. I'm hoping once things settle down on my end I can actually sit and concentrate on things.
Though, I am working on setting up tnl's new site too so... can't say I'm staying completely away from groups :D
Anyways, get sims 2!! Alot of the custom stuff for the sims 1 is starting to disappear. I love both games myself.
Yes. Some of the custome sims 1 stuff is starting to dissapear, but with 7 expansions chock full of bizzare items, who needs custom stuff?

Lost intrest in the storyline? You may want to start up in a new RP group for a while. Try it out. It may spark your intrest for the other ones again.
hmm but if i join other groups, then i will definitely leave my older ones. And yeah, the stories are growing old, perhaps if they went a little faster, the problem is that everyone's got stuff to do and it would be unfair for me to just nag about it.
Definitely True. One of the main issues with PbP (Play by Post) is that it is at everyones convienience.
The online RPing i am going to start-up will be just semi-monthly sessions over chat. Between quest downtime will be handled through posts to bring everyone up-to-date on what happend.
No disappearing acts on us, now.
